The fact that the gap between 1st and 2nd is over half an hour is incredible, and suggests that people don’t attempt to get on the high score board very often.
10km climb, most people don’t even get to the top, let alone put a time on the board :p For some context, Mt Fuji is 3.7km high and the record ascent there is 3h36m. Granted, Fuji is steeper, but even so, this is a tough climb.
I’ve never been able to palm the ground. My legs are too long. I used to be able to touch the ground, grab my toes but never been able to get my palms on the ground. It got worse as I got older, now my belly gets in the way and I have a hard time even touching the ground. I can still do it with a bit of prep work but I run the risk of falling forward due to my center of gravity being too far forward.
Well, not while standing on my toes, but I can put my palms flat on the floor without bending my knees, and I’m a 187cm bear of a dude.
Stretching daily is important!
Nice cameo and thanks it is about Po exhausted at the very beginning. Something more adult content would have been out of caracters.

Imagine being praised for giving in to zoomies.
Imagine reaching down and placing your palms flat on the ground, while standing on your tippy-toes. Never even on my best day…
Digitigrade feet are an enigma.
You need to stretch your hamstrings more. With proper warmups and training, it actually gets pretty easy,
