It’s a density thing. Fill a balloon with air and another with water. The balloons will be the same size but since water has a much higher density than air, it weighs more for the same volume. She has the energy capacity of a full sized dragon so she just has to turn some of that energy into mass without increasing her volume to just raise her density above what the air can move.
from what i have gathered, haladen is about creating solid objects. while they are generated with magic, thats gathering matter and injecting it into the world. as such, it still has mass and fen can not only use haladen… but she can alter the reality of it, if you remember back when fen fused with vix and turned into a two headed wyverness
she didn’t increase her mas or her density. as crono pointed out it’s about creating solid objects. if you look at the first 4 panels she has just a staff. she created a hammer head at the end of it with her toes
A wooden hammer vs a steel hammer, which one is more likely to be picked up by a gust of wind? They are the same size but the steel hammer is less likely to move from wind vs the wooden one. Density still plays a part in what’s made, weather it’s her or her construct that she created, if it’s not heavy enough then the wind would still move it and her.
Theoretically. Since she can change her physical makeup it “should” be possible for her to magically change he bones structure to be stronger and also improve the density and strength of her muscles increasing her weight but also her physical capabilities. That said. Becoming a fucking DRAGON was very obviously physically taxing so maybe its just that the cost outweighs the potential boosts when you can just “make a heavy thing”
